Key Responsibilities

  • Lead financial compliance for the U.S. IPO process, including US GAAP, SEC, and NASDAQ regulatory filings
  • Manage cross-border cash flow and global treasury operations
  • Design and optimize international tax structures in line with China-U.S./Singapore tax treaties
  • Support strategic planning, investor relations, and capital market initiatives

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Chinese (as this role will need to liaise with the chinese internal team) required for SEC/NASDAQ documentation
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a CFO in a publicly listed company
  • Proven track record in financial compliance, U.S. IPO execution, and cross-border financial planning
  • Familiarity with crypto asset flows and regulatory frameworks (e.g., FinCEN, FATF) is a strong plus
