Job Description

Role

As a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst (Commissions), you will design and manage commission structures that drive sales performance. You'll administer commission calculations, analyse incentive effectiveness, and ensure accurate payments using Everstage as the primary commission management tool.

Responsibility

Commission Administration - Design, implement, and maintain commission plans, ensuring accurate calculation and timely payment processing while resolving disputes and discrepancies.

Analytics & Reporting - Develop comprehensive dashboards and reports to track sales performance against targets, providing insights on commission effectiveness and sales trends.

System & Process Optimization - Maintain Everstage and related commission systems, document processes, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.

Sales Performance Support - Partner with sales leadership to analyse performance metrics, forecast commission expenses, and identify opportunities for incentive optimization.

Compliance & Governance - Ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal policies, maintaining audit trails and supporting governance requirements for sales compensation.

Desired Experience

  • 4 to 6 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Compensation, Finance, or related fields.
  • Proven experience administering commission programs and incentive structures.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis, financial modelling, and forecasting.
  • Experience with commission management systems, particularly Everstage, and CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).
  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with business intelligence tools.
  • Knowledge of sales processes and compensation best practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail with ability to manage complex calculations and data sets.
  • Strong communication skills capable of explaining complex compensation structures to diverse audiences.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or Finance.

Good To Have

  • Experience with SPM (Sales Performance Management) platforms.
  • Knowledge of quota setting and territory design methodologies.
  • Experience in high-growth SaaS or technology organizations.
