About the Role:
PLC Sydney is seeking a highly organised and proactive Business Operations Manager to ensure the efficient administration of our support operations. This pivotal role will work collaboratively across various school departments, contributing to a seamless and effective working environment.
Key Responsbilities:
Develop and implement procedures and systems to ensure office efficiency, including procurement and compliance.
Manage and support the introduction of new support systems, liaising with stakeholders.
Provide comprehensive executive assistance, including calendar management, correspondence, and travel arrangements, to the Head of Business Operations & Administration, Head of Community Engagement, and Head of Human Resources.
Oversee office operations, including equipment and supplies, safety and compliance, meeting organisation, and efficient filing systems.
Manage key school support functions such as parking allocations, reception services, and the Admin ticketing system.
The successful candidate will require the following:
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Demonstrated experience in providing high-level executive support to senior leadership
Experience in developing and implementing procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Proficiency in office management and support systems
This is a full-time position. However, flexible work arrangements may be considered for an exceptional candidate.
You will be required to support the Christian ethos of the College.
You will need to provide a Working With Check Clearance Number date of birth.
