About the Role:


PLC Sydney is seeking a highly organised and proactive Business Operations Manager to ensure the efficient administration of our support operations. This pivotal role will work collaboratively across various school departments, contributing to a seamless and effective working environment.


Key Responsbilities:


  • Develop and implement procedures and systems to ensure office efficiency, including procurement and compliance.
  • Manage and support the introduction of new support systems, liaising with stakeholders.
  • Provide comprehensive executive assistance, including calendar management, correspondence, and travel arrangements, to the Head of Business Operations & Administration, Head of Community Engagement, and Head of Human Resources.
  • Oversee office operations, including equipment and supplies, safety and compliance, meeting organisation, and efficient filing systems.
  • Manage key school support functions such as parking allocations, reception services, and the Admin ticketing system.


The successful candidate will require the following:


  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Demonstrated experience in providing high-level executive support to senior leadership
  • Experience in developing and implementing procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Proficiency in office management and support systems


This is a full-time position. However, flexible work arrangements may be considered for an exceptional candidate.


You will be required to support the Christian ethos of the College.


You will need to provide a Working With Check Clearance Number date of birth.
