Interim Chief Financial Officer

Our client a leading AI Business are looking for a CFO.

Required Skills

• Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role
• In-depth knowledge of corporate finance, risk management, and financial strategy
• Strong knowledge of IFRS accounting standards and related regulations
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Experience with financial systems, ERP implementations, and scaling operations in a fast-paced environment
• Experience leading an IPO process or significant fundraising efforts
• Deep understanding of financial markets, corporate finance, venture capital, and investor relations
• Track record of successful fundraising with strong connections to venture capital firms and investors, particularly in the U.S
• Deep knowledge of the U.S. and European financial and investment landscape
• Experience leading multiple funding rounds, with expertise in managing relationships with angel investors, VCs, and strategic partners

Pay range and compensation package - £200-280K or equivalent day rate
