Chief Financial Officer: $215K-$225K + Bonus + ESOP Benefits~OTE: $275K - $325K

TGG Accounting has partnered with an Irving-based service company seeking to add an experienced Chief Financial Officer to their high-performing team.

We seek an accounting leader who can provide strategic leadership for the Company by working with the Board of Advisors and the Executive Management Team to establish long-range goals, strategies, and policies. In addition, facilitate the translation of the goals and strategies into daily tasks for the employees by utilizing a strong leadership team.

This role is supported by an experienced Controller, an Accounting Manager, and a team of four (4) operational accountants.

Compensation Range: $215K -$225K + Bonus + ESOP Benefits

OTE: $275K - $325K

Must-Have:

Ten (10) + years as a CFO in a company with a minimum of $100mm in annual revenue

Fifteen (15) + years of accounting leadership experience
