Base pay range
$175,000.00/yr - $225,000.00/yr
We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead financial operations for a fast-growing, innovative company at the intersection of retail fashion and function. Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with overall business goals.
Provide data-driven financial insights to the CEO, Board of Directors, and senior leadership.
Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting efforts across the organization.
Evaluate growth initiatives including partnerships, acquisitions, and new markets.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal governance policies.
Monitor key financial metrics (KPIs) to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.
Maintain relationships with financial institutions, auditors, and external stakeholders.
Oversee cash flow, capital structure, and strategic investment decisions.
Optimize financial systems, reporting, and internal processes for scalability.
Identify cost-saving measures while maintaining quality and innovation standards.
Strengthen internal controls and risk mitigation strategies.
Collaborate closely with legal and compliance teams.
Lead and mentor a high-performing finance and accounting team.
Represent the company’s financial interests to investors and external partners.
Ensure financial alignment across cross-functional teams and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
MBA, CPA, or CFA strongly preferred.
10+ years of experience in senior financial leadership roles, ideally in retail or consumer-focused industries.
Experience in multi-state, business-to-consumer environments preferred.
Expertise in financial planning and analysis, risk management, and capital strategy.
Strong leadership and team development skills.
Ability to distill complex financial data into clear, strategic recommendations.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
