Position Overview
The CFO will play a critical role in shaping the financial future of Elite Mgmt Group, providing broad financial leadership and oversight across all holdings. This executive will oversee financial operations, consolidation, and reporting for a multi-company environment while driving financial planning, risk management, and strategic decision-making. The CFO will also lead M&A activities, including evaluating opportunities and providing financial insights to Company leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute financial strategies to support the company’s growth and investment goals.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management across all holdings.
- Researches, evaluates, develops and recommends general financial policies, procedures and manuals. Modifies existing methods to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
- Prepares and oversees the preparation and review of financial statements, reconciliations and reports related to the company financial affairs.
- Lead consolidation and reporting for a multi-company environment, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Evaluate M&A opportunities, providing financial insights, risk assessment, and strategic recommendations to Company leadership.
- Ensures adequate cash flow to meet the organization’s needs. Oversees the production of financial statements and cash flow projections for use by executive management.
- Establish company-specific financial performance metrics to set standards and operational cash flow rules.
- Prepares special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
- Lead the implementation and integration of ERP systems to streamline financial and operational processes.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with investors, banks, and financial institutions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and financial reporting standards.
- Drive cost optimization and operational efficiencies across portfolio companies.
- Develop capital allocation strategies to maximize shareholder value.
- Oversee tax strategy, cash flow management, and financial controls.
- Provide strategic guidance to the executive team and board of directors.
- Act as a strategic thinker with strong exposure to operations, ensuring financial strategies align with business goals.
- Supervises personnel in providing accounting services including training, scheduling, assigning and reviewing work, evaluating performance, performance coaching, and recommending or carrying out various personnel actions.

Position Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
- 10+ years of executive financial leadership experience, preferably in a corporate holdings, private equity, or investment firm.
- Experience in M&A, including deal structuring, negotiations, and integration.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Proven track record in managing financial risk, capital markets, and investor relations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of SEC regulations, GAAP, and corporate finance best practices.
- Thorough knowledge of Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), budget analysis, preparation of financial statements, internal auditing transactions and performance management.
- Experience leading ERP system implementations and integrations. Unanet experience preferred
- Ability to drive financial strategy while maintaining strong operational oversight.
