As we scale, we’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Coordinator to help streamline our sales and supply chain processes, support the team, and make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. We are looking for candidates who are confident using Excel and working with large data sets as well as have a curiosity to learn more about the desserts category. Role Overview

As a Sales Operations Coordinator, you’ll be the glue that connects the sales and supply chain functions to best serve our customer base. You’ll work closely with the sales, supply chain and finance teams to optimise tools, track performance, manager customer orders and work closely with our co-manufacturers and customer administration teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Processing daily customer orders & monitoring stock levels
• Extracting & tracking forecast and EPOS data from customer portals
• Reporting and analysing category data
• Using sales, marketing & category insights to prepare customer updates
• Preparing the sales & investment data for financial reports
• Master data set up and ongoing management with commercial customers
• Assisting in the management of customer accounts

Salary £25k - £30k DOE

Location: Hybrid (2 days per week in our Hammersmith office)
