First of all - Thank You!

This probably isn’t the first job description you’ve read today. Maybe this is one of over 100 you reviewed this week. So, before we go any further, we want to stop and say thank you for considering this role. We know you have options and we’d like you to consider adding us to that list.

About Leadr:

At Leadr, we’re on a mission to rid the world of bad management, by empowering middle managers to become exceptional leaders who transform the culture and outcomes of their teams.

Today, too many companies leave managers to fend for themselves, resulting in a 60% failure rate within their first two years for first-time leaders. The rapid growth of AI is worsening this problem, as the purview of the modern manager expands. While many organizations respond to these challenges with internal training programs, these are frequently relegated to already overwhelmed HR leaders, who are taught to prioritize compliance and administration rather than genuinely improving team clarity, cohesion, and performance.

We see middle managers differently: they are the heartbeat of company culture and the driving force behind team results. At Leadr, we build AI-powered software tools that improve quality of life for those managers, while coaching them toward better leadership and outcomes – paired with hands-on training for these leaders to teach them the most critical skills overlooked by companies.

When you join Leadr, you’re committing to help us tackle this important and rewarding challenge: transforming how people lead.

Your Role:

We're seeking a strategic, process-oriented Business Operations Manager to streamline and optimize our go-to-market operations. We're looking for someone who can build robust systems that enable our revenue teams to thrive, connect critical data across departments, and drive efficiency throughout our customer journey. This role offers significant growth potential for the right candidate, with opportunities to expand responsibilities and build operational excellence across the organization.

What makes this role challenging is the cross-functional coordination required: you'll work closely with our Growth Marketing Manager to align inbound strategy with outbound execution, collaborate with Sales leadership on process optimization, and partner with our senior Product leader to ensure our internal systems reflect our product vision. Success in this position requires both strategic vision and tactical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize our GTM tech stack and tooling ecosystem
  • Maintain and improve outbound sales processes
  • Provide frontline-support on GTM systems for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
  • Keep a finger on the pulse of key metrics and data across the business to measure effectiveness
  • Establish operational KPIs and reporting structures across revenue functions
  • Work closely in tandem with product and marketing leaders to ensure company-wide strategic alignment
  • Oversee various projects with external consultants (GTM, Salesforce admin)

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years experience in business operations, preferably in SaaS
  • Close familiarity with sales, marketing, or customer success functions
  • Proven experience with Salesforce, at minimum in building reports and dashboards, and preferably Salesforce admin
  • Experience with outbound prospecting tools
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is a plus

The Ideal Candidate is...

  • A fast learner: you’ll need to quickly pick up a range of the latest in GTM tools
  • Adept at juggling strategic thinking with in-the-weeds tactical execution
  • A systems thinker who can see both the forest and the trees
  • Process-oriented but not rigid in approach
  • Has strong opinions, loosely held (and is comfortable expressing them)
  • Naturally curious about how things work and how they could work better

Details + Benefits of Joining our Team

  • This role is located at our offices in Plano, TX.
  • AWARD-WINNING CULTURE: At Leadr, we’re proud to foster a workplace where people thrive. • An opportunity to work in a Tech start-up with unlimited growth potential.
  • We offer PTO, Paid Holidays, Flex Holidays, etc.
  • Medical insurance offered (health, dental, vision, life)
  • We are committed to developing you as a leader and providing career growth throughout your employment with us.
  • We promise to care for you as a person, and have meaningful conversations with you so you have the clarity and support you need to do your best work!
