About Natoora
Our mission is simple but ambitious: to fix the food system. We don’t just source exceptional seasonal produce; we’re radically transforming the way people eat, cook, and think about food. For nearly two decades, we have worked directly with independent growers who put flavour first, reconnecting kitchens in London, New York, Paris, Melbourne, Miami, Copenhagen and Malmö with varieties and farming methods that are disappearing fast. Today, we supply over 2,000 of the world’s most forward-thinking restaurants across 3 continents, alongside a growing community of home cooks who care deeply about where their food comes from. From championing seasonal eating and supporting independent growers to rejecting the short-term thinking of intensive agriculture, we’re reimagining supply chains from the ground up, building a more responsible food system rooted in biodiversity, ecosystem health and the transformative power of flavour.
About the Role
As we scale globally and enter a new chapter of growth, we are looking for a VP of Finance/CFO to take the reins of our global financial strategy at a pivotal time in our journey. This is a unique opportunity to be the strategic engine behind Natoora’s financial vision and lead in a high-growth, mission-led business, where your work meaningfully impacts the food system. Our financial systems are inherently complex — spanning multiple regions, business models, and revenue streams — so the right candidate will thrive in detail but also operate confidently at a strategic level. This is a senior leadership role with global reach, reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the CCO and wider leadership team. You'll oversee all financial responsibilities while also playing a key role in investment strategy and international expansion. You’ll bring clarity and insight to our decisions, helping to shape the future of Natoora and ensure we grow with integrity. With previous experience in a commercially focused FD/CFO role, you will be responsible for all financial reporting, subsidiaries consolidation, yearly budget process, audit, financial modeling and projections. An outstanding communicator with strong people management skills are critical as we embark on the next stage of our growth, and you will have demonstrated the ability to build teams and delegate effectively. As well as being a qualified accountant with a high level of technical proficiency, you will need the integrity and insight to provide viable strategic options for the company. You will need strong experience in cash flow management given the nature of our business and its global reach. Additionally, the ability to build complex financial models is instrumental to this role as we manage our growth and explore opportunities. As a partner to the CEO, and working closely with our CCO, you will support our growth by delivering insights that help refine and inform the economic model of each region, and across different investment opportunities helping to drive profitability. Through commitment to our purpose, hard work, and strong thoughtful leadership, you will play an important role in determining our future as we look at growth opportunities around the world. You’ll ensure we have the insight, systems, and structure to make intelligent, values-aligned decisions as we scale across international markets and deepen our impact. You’ll bring clarity to complexity, challenge with curiosity, embed commercial thinking and financial acumen across every team and lead with empathy.
