As we expand nationally, we’re looking for a strategic, finance-driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team.
Your Role
As CFO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of luxury mobility. This is not just a number-crunching role; you’ll drive financial strategy, secure capital for national expansion, and build a scalable foundation for long-term success. From optimizing fleet operations to engaging with top-tier investors, you’ll help transform Dark Carz into an industry leader.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead financial strategy, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Structure and secure credit lines, loans, and capital raises
• Manage budgeting, compliance, risk, and financial reporting
• Partner with the CEO to optimize pricing, margins, and expansion
• Build financial systems and processes to scale with the business
What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience as a CFO or in senior finance roles within livery, mobility, or logistics
• Track record of successful capital raising and credit structuring
• Deep understanding of fleet-based or on-demand service models
• CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred
• Strategic, hands-on, and entrepreneurial mindset
