A leading global sports brand is seeking a Sales Operations and Customer Service Manager to oversee its wholesale customer service operations. In this role, you will lead a team of 510 customer service executives, ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of order entry, product allocation, and coordination with the warehouse, while closely monitoring shipments and delivery schedules.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing teams in a customer service or retail environment, with a strong focus on motivating staff and driving high levels of customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for ensuring the accurate processing of customer orders, overseeing the product allocation process, and keeping both internal teams and customers informed with timely updates on upcoming shipments.
Collaboration is key, you will work closely with Sales, Logistics, and other departments to effectively address customer needs and resolve any issues that arise. A proactive approach to improving customer service processes is essential, with a focus on implementing best practices to minimize delays, optimize order management, and streamline communication across teams.
In addition, you will be expected to develop and implement training programs for the customer service team to enhance skills and performance. Regular reporting on key performance metrics such as fulfilment rates, customer satisfaction, and shipment delays will also be a core part of your responsibilities.
