As a Sales Operations Analyst you will play a crucial role as a trusted advisor to our Sales Leadership team optimizing our sales processes and providing insightful analysis that drive efficiency and effectiveness. You will create and manage key performance indicator packages to evaluate sales performance, pinpoint areas for improvement and share actionable insights with key stakeholders.
What You'll Do
Act as a trusted advisor to the Sales Leadership team by proactively providing accurate analysis with insights, communicated effectively, challenging leaders to think differently and becoming their go to resource.
Create and maintain documentation on sales processes, policies and training materials.
Partner with key cross-functional groups within Finance/Accounting, Customer Success, Implementation, Marketing, and Product to plan, problem solve and create efficiencies that will optimize revenue and achieve mutual objectives.
Find, advocate and lead opportunities to improve sales workflows and operational processes within Salesforce and find opportunities to enhance and optimize
Stay up to date with the latest sales trends and best practices to continuously improve sales operations.
Lead the sales commissioning process, ensuring timely and accurate commission calculations and payouts.
Create and manage KPI packages to assess sales performance, including trend analysis and evaluation of seller productivity throughout each stage of the sales cycle. Continuously identify and address gaps in current packages to provide a comprehensive overview.
What You'll Have
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years' experience with a proven track record in a sales operation's role, preferably in high-tech and SaaS environments.
Strong quantitative and analytical skills and ability to synthesize large quantities of disparate data and generate compelling and actionable recommendations to C-Suite executives.
Demonstrated ability to effectively influence and engage key stakeholders through strong interpersonal skills, persuasive communication, and strategic relationship-building.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency utilizing sales efficiency tools such as, but not limited to Salesforce, Outreach, and ZoomInfo.
Proficiency in using CaptivateIQ to oversee commission planning and execute the commission running process.
