We’re looking for a structured, entrepreneurial Business Operations Manager to drive the internal engine of the company. This role blends daily operations, compliance oversight, and event management into one unified function. You’ll be responsible for keeping the workplace efficient, compliant, and energized—while acting as a force multiplier for the leadership team. You’ll manage vendors, run internal programs, lead audits, and ensure everything from laptops to large-scale events runs on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Administration
Oversee day-to-day workplace operations across IT assets, office admin, vendor coordination, and internal tools
Track asset issuance, manage renewals, licenses, and vendor contracts
Own structured onboarding/offboarding experience from a systems and access standpoint
Support internal requests with speed, accuracy, and accountability
Procurement & Vendor Management
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors for hardware, software, infrastructure, and services
Ensure purchases are cost-effective, timely, and aligned with operational needs
Maintain accurate records of procurement, POs, invoices, and service terms
Drive vendor performance reviews and continuously explore better alternatives
Event Planning & Execution
Lead planning and execution of all internal events: town halls, offsites, engagement programs, and leadership sessions
Manage logistics, communication, budgeting, and feedback for each event
Work closely with HR, L&D, and leadership to align event goals with team culture and business milestones
Compliance Coordination
Own internal compliance calendars (ISO, CMMI, audits, documentation)
Ensure SOPs, policies, and audit requirements are updated and accessible
Coordinate internal audits, evidence collection, risk logs, and closure of action items
Work cross-functionally with HR, IT, Delivery, and Finance for audit readiness and reporting
Reporting & Governance
Maintain dashboards and trackers for assets, compliance, events, and procurement
Provide weekly and monthly reporting to the Head of Operations
Highlight risks, blockers, and opportunities to improve internal processes
What You Bring
8+ years of experience in operations, admin, compliance, or event management
Strong vendor negotiation and multi-tasking abilities
Proven experience in managing internal processes and delivering cross-functional programs
Solid documentation, tracking, and reporting skills (Excel/Google Sheets)
Exposure to ISO/CMMI frameworks is a plus
A proactive, solution-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership
