Overview:

The Goodwin Group is conducting an executive search for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) on behalf of a well-established, employee-owned consulting firm in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry located in Denver, Colorado. This firm operates nationally and provides integrated services across commercial real estate, infrastructure, and facilities.



The CFO will be a crucial member of the executive leadership team and will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO. This individual will lead the organization’s financial operations, planning, and compliance efforts while guiding long-term strategic growth and fostering a culture of accountability and performance. Our client’s integrated consulting services primarily focus on equity investors, owner-occupiers, and public facilities within the commercial real estate sector. Success in this role will require demonstrated leadership in managing financial operations, especially within an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) framework, in firms of similar scale and complexity
