A leading global sports brand is seeking a Sales and Customer Service Manager to oversee its wholesale customer service operations. In this role, you will lead a team of 5–10 customer service executives, ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of order entry, product allocation, and coordination with the warehouse, while closely monitoring shipments and delivery schedules.
You will be responsible for ensuring the accurate processing of customer orders, overseeing the product allocation process, and keeping both internal teams and customers informed with timely updates on upcoming shipments.
Working collaboratively with Sales, Logistics, and other departments to effectively address customer needs and resolve any issues that arise.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing teams in a customer service or retail environment, with a strong focus on motivating staff and driving high levels of customer satisfaction.
