Our Application Evolution Services team will provide you with the opportunity to help organizations harness the power of their enterprise applications by optimizing the technology while driving transformation and innovation to increase business performance. Responsibilities
As a Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:
- Strong working knowledge of sales processes.
- Provide expert guidance on product modeling and CPQ best practices
- Develop and maintain technical product solutions within the CPQ environment
- Assess current business processes, pain points, and future requirements.
- Articulate how Salesforce and CPQ can address gaps and optimize processes.
- Strong understanding of Agile/SCRUM methodologies
- Conduct thorough analysis to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements.
- Possess a deep understanding of Salesforce CRM capabilities.
- Manage individual CPQ-focused tracks within Business Applications transformation
- Become an expert on best practices and how the client implements business systems including creating workflow, reports, and dashboards
- Gather and analyze business requirements and critical data elements across functional areas
- Serve as an expert in CPQ configuration and guide team members in configuration decisions.
- Deliver recommendations for business process improvements and implement recommendations.
- Salesforce and CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) developers are responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing Salesforce and CPQ solutions to improve business operations and enhance customer experience.
- Designing and developing Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other technologies.
- Integrating Salesforce with other systems, such as ERP systems, marketing automation systems, and payment gateways.
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Salesforce and CPQ.
- Providing technical expertise and guidance to business analysts, end-users, and other team members.
- A Salesforce and CPQ developer, one must have a strong understanding of Salesforce and CPQ technologies and experience in software development.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Supports testing cycles (UAT, regression, system) and/or Training/Training Materials.
- Ensure Salesforce implementations comply with industry standards and security protocols.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs (XML, JSON).
- User Interface: LWC, Salesforce Visual Force, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, Lightening, jQuery, AJAX.
- Possess strong communication skills to effectively convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Work in a team environment that includes client interactions, workstream management, and cross-team collaboration.
- Good Team player. Take up cross competency work and contribute to COE activities.
- Escalation/Risk management.

Required Skills
- Lead the implementation of Salesforce CPQ, ensuring successful deployment and integration
- Provide technical support for CPQ product solutions, assisting users with inquiries and issues
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs (XML, JSON).
- User Interface: LWC, Salesforce Visual Force, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, Lightening, jQuery, AJAX.
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce CPQ system solutions involving product bundles, pricing rules, advanced approval workflows, validation rules in support of new requests and ongoing process improvements.
- Salesforce CPQ certification preferred
- Experience in Customization ie, Apex classes, triggers, Salesforce lightning, Aura, LWC, Integration, and deployments 3 Experience in Salesforce CPQ configuration and customization

- Can Implement Salesforce Lightning Industry best practices.
- Can create technical design from Functional design/Requirement
- Able to troubleshoot with debugging skill and Perform Impact analysis.

As a member of our Application Evolution Services (AES) team, we are looking for candidates who thrive working in a high-paced work environment capable of working on a mix of critical Application Evolution Service offerings and engagement including help desk support, enhancement and optimization work, as well as strategic roadmap and advisory level work. It will also be key to lend experience and effort in helping win and support customer engagements from not only a technical perspective, but also a relationship perspective
