CORE PURPOSE
- Oversight of the day-to-day non-academic management of the school ensuring smooth support operations and commercial matters (with the exception of Finance)
- the contractual oversight and review of key external contractor services, e.g. catering/cleaning.
- project management as directed by the Head
- oversight and responsibility for the implementation of an effective Risk and Compliance framework.

Experience
Proven track record of leadership and senior management in a complex professional structure
Experience of budgeting
- Business acumen to be able to assist Governing Council and the Headmistress to develop a vision for the school’s future.
- Track record of working successfully with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- General management experience as well as specialist experience in at least one function.
- Computer literate and a confident user of IT for communications and management purposes

THESELECTIONPROCESS
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to the school where they will be interviewed by members of the Senior Leadership Team and have a tour of the school.
