Job Summary
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Operations & Research Analyst
to support high-impact projects related to data analysis, operations, and market research. This
role will work closely with senior leadership, providing key insights and helping drive strategic
decision-making.
The work in this role directly supports the organization's ability to provide high-quality therapy
and care to children with autism and other special needs. By improving operational efficiency,
analyzing key business trends, and identifying growth opportunities, this position plays a critical
role in ensuring that more children receive the support they need.
The ideal candidate will have experience in consulting, business intelligence, or operations
analytics, with a background in structured problem-solving, financial modeling, and process
optimization. Prior experience at a leading consulting firm (e.g., Accenture, BCG, Bain,
McKinsey, Oliver Wyman, Strategy&) is strongly preferred, but this role offers greater flexibility,
direct reporting to executive leadership, and the ability to drive real, measurable impact within
a growing organization.
Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Business Intelligence
- Extract, clean, and analyze data from multiple internal systems to generate meaningful
insights.
- Build and maintain Excel-based dashboards and reports, tracking key performance
indicators.
- Identify operational trends and create actionable recommendations to improve
efficiency and business growth.
- Summarize key findings in executive-ready reports and presentations for leadership.
Operational Support & Process Improvement
- Work directly with C-Suite executives to address complex business challenges through
data-driven decision-making.
- Analyze existing workflows to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for
optimization.
- Develop structured frameworks to improve business processes across finance,
operations, and data functions.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of key business data across multiple teams.
Market & Industry Research
- Conduct research on industry trends and emerging business opportunities.
- Develop structured research reports to support leadership in strategic planning and
decision-making.
- Benchmark best practices across the industry and provide recommendations for
business growth and improved service delivery.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related
field.
- 1-3 years of experience in analytics, operations, consulting, business intelligence, or
research.
- Prior experience at a top consulting firm (e.g., Accenture, BCG, Bain, McKinsey, Oliver
Wyman, Strategy&) is strongly preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, data visualization).
- Experience with data visualization and automation tools is a plus (e.g., Power BI).
- Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize large
amounts of data.
- Self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently while engaging with senior
leadership.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with healthcare businesses is a plus.

Compensation and Work Hours:
- Competitive salary: ₹70,000 - 1 Lac /month (based on experience)
- 11 Indian holidays + 10 Paid Time Off days
