Job Purpose:
Spearhead strategic and financial planning, financial management, insights, and organization improvement aspects at Loxim. Responsible for managing the overall P&L of the Company and leading the Finance team at Loxim including end-to-end accounting, costing, and assurance processes. Responsible for constantly monitoring the financial health of the organization, manage financial sustainability, drive financial performance, and maximize return on investment. Review potential risks and issues pertaining to resource mobilization, cash management, borrowings and evaluate suitable mitigation strategies to achieve the desired business results. Oversee compliance with applicable accounting standards, ensure adherence to taxation requirements and manage collections from key clients, while minimizing liability and safeguarding the interest of Loxim.
Principal Accountabilities:
1. Strategic Leadership
- Advise MD on strategic partnerships, diversification, and growth plans
- Develop and monitor organization-wide business plans and performance benchmarks
- Support departmental strategy in alignment with organizational goals
2. Finance Strategy & Governance
- Define finance operating model, team structure, and internal audit framework
- Lead risk identification and mitigation across processes
3. Planning & Budgeting
- Oversee planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities
- Ensure budget adherence and conduct periodic reviews
4. Business & Financial Performance
- Track BU-level profitability, cost controls, and variances
- Ensure timely financial reporting, MIS, and cash flow analysis
5. Collections & Payables
- Improve collections, credit management, and customer recoveries
- Oversee payables to ensure financial efficiency
6. Taxation
- Monitor tax compliance and optimize tax benefits
- Align processes with new tax laws and updates
7. Technology & ERP
- Oversee IT and ERP systems implementation and efficiency across units
- Oversee the identification, evaluation, procurement, implementation, and management of IT Infrastructure (Technical, ERP) across Loxim

- Align financial planning with business goals and industrial trends
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cost planning across units

- Control plant-level costs and improve operational efficiency
- Monitor inventory, wastage, and cost-saving initiatives

- Manage cash flow, receivables, and payables for smooth operations
- Optimize fund utilization and banking relations
4. Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, and statutory compliances
- Lead internal controls, audits, and risk mitigation
5. Project Costing & Plant Finance
- Oversee project feasibility, plant capex, and cost analysis
- Validate product costing and support pricing decisions
6. Team Development & Governance
- Build a strong finance team and drive accountability
- Promote governance and financial discipline across plants
Skills & Knowledge:
Qualifications:
Chartered Accountant/ MBA in Finance
Work Experience:
- Liaising skills with various stakeholders
- Comprehensive understanding of accounting policies and procedures
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in manufacturing/polymers/speciality chemicals industry
