JOB PURPOSE
Providing support and guidance of our core business processes. Maintaining and auditing customer data in our business systems to enable accurate reporting of commercial information and delivery of products and services to our customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Team Operations Include:
- Governance and auditing of customer data in Salesforce (our CRM)
- Product fulfilment of customer purchases in various Access Management Systems (AMS)
- Governance of AMS data
- Creation of reports and dashboards in Salesforce
- Providing administration support to the monthly renewal process
- Creating usage statistic reports
- Implementing changes to processes and procedures
- Escalating high impact issues to the Sales Operations Manager
- Testing of new applications and enhancements
- Creating and updating best practice documentation
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION
- Highly compliant with an attention to detail
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- CRM experience is desirable (particularly Salesforce)
- Educated to Degree level or equivalent
- Fluent English speaker
- Other European languages highly desirable
