Financial Additions has partnered with a Pharmaceutical Distribution Company in search of a Jr. Sales Operations Analyst.
This is a hybrid position, in office on twice a week.

Responsible for:

Provides actionable insights and visibility to regional business trends.

Managing sales data and reports, compensation, and incentive plans, and producing customer and marketing data for management review and decision making.

Supports Sales Leadership team, the Regional Sales team, and the Sales Operations team with detailed visibility into all aspects of business performance

Maintains monthly, quarterly, and yearly Sales Performance and metrics reporting

Creates and manages the monthly sales and marketing dashboard which tracks department metrics for Sales Operations, Sales Support, and Marketing.

Analyzes pipeline management by reviewing and overseeing the accuracy of Salesforce opportunities, risks, leads, and overall data.

May be required to travel domestically and internationally on occasion
Background should include:
-
Requires education in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar.

0-2 years of related experience; experience in research across a broad range of industries, or equivalent combination of experience and education.

Experience in Salesforce (CRM) Administration.
