The Opportunity
We’re seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) who’s hungry, visionary, and ready to sacrifice for something greater than themselves. Our base salary of $100,000–$130,000 reflects our startup stage, but this role offers far more than a paycheck. You’ll be a key architect of a company poised to transform lives and economies. Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Financial Leadership: Develop and execute financial strategies to fuel our aggressive expansion from Miami to Florida and nationwide.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Oversee budgeting, cash flow management, and financial forecasting to ensure sustainable growth.
- Fundraising & Investor Relations: Lead efforts to secure funding, manage investor relationships, and communicate our vision to stakeholders.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and implement risk management strategies to protect our mission.
- Team Building: Lay the foundation for a world-class finance team as we scale toward a 25,000-strong workforce.
- Operational Excellence: Optimize financial processes to support our rapid growth and entrepreneurial culture.
Who We’re Looking For
- Visionary with Hunger: You see the big picture and are driven by the potential of what we’re building. Mediocrity isn’t in your vocabulary.
- Proven Financial Expertise: 5+ years of financial leadership experience, ideally in startups or financial services. Bachelors, CPA, MBA, or equivalent preferred.
