Who are we looking for?
Title: Business Operations Associate
Arrangement: Full-time contract
Start Date: June 2025
Location: Mumbai
Reporting to: Head of India
reach52 is seeking a Business Operations Associate that would support reach52’s mission to improve access to healthcare for 52% of the world who currently cannot access it. You will work to support our access strategy in India and have an opportunity to drive and develop our operational business model. You should have a strong knowledge of the healthcare sector in India. Direct experience in the pharmaceutical sector will be a plus. As the business grows, you will be central to accelerating progress in driving access. Innovative thinking and willingness to try new approaches is critical.
What you’ll do
The core role scope and responsibilities of the role will be:
- Management of orders and delivery of products from suppliers and to stockists
- Development of marketing materials and strategies
- Procurement of materials, tools, and other essential office products
- General operational management for finance, supply chain, HR, and administration
- Key coordination of schedules, meetings, and meeting spaces
- Support with travel logistics, visas and work permits
- Support with the creation of presentations and financial models
- Support a range of other operational, strategic and internal projects and asks as the business requires
Who you are (probably!)
We’re reasonably sure you should have a profile like this, but we can flex sometimes:
- 5+ years of India healthcare experience
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical supply and marketing system in India
- Experience operations management and/or office management
- Experience in a loosely-structure, start-up-like setting and demonstrated ability to think quickly and independently
- Good Excel, PowerPoint and word skills
- High autonomy, entrepreneurial mindset. Ability to see the big picture and support achieving the details
- A passion for healthcare access, innovation, and social impact – 52% of the world can’t access healthcare, our goal is to solve this.
- An agile, hardworking and growth mindset, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment – grow, pivot, grow.
