As a Sales Operations Coordinator, your goal is to generate new business in untapped markets. You will be responsible for partnering with our Boston based, regional Southeast sales team of 25 people to manage, plan, and implement email marketing strategies. Every day, you’ll brainstorm and collaborate with sales consultants and managers, understanding their needs, uncovering interesting opportunities, and strategically use email marketing to generate new business for the team. In addition, you will assist managers with sales operations like organizing and pulling key statistics and trends relevant to team success and spearheading the use of technology and systems to improve operational efficiently.
The Role
We will be counting on you to:
- Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns targeted to our Southern markets

Ensure prompt and accurate communication with leads that are generated and internal sales staff

Provide regular stats and reports to keep Director of Sales, Sales Managers and sales consultants informed

Partner with Director of Sales, Sales Managers, and sales consultants to help drive focus, support strategic plans, and execute tactically

Use your expertise in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Word to organize your day-to-day, create teamwide efficiencies and support sales consultants
Who you are
