This position will be hired in to SAP Litmos, which will become an independent company under Francisco Partners in December 2022.
Sales Operations Analyst
Overview: In your role as Sales Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting day-to day operations and overall strategy for Litmos. This role will require you to be strategic and data-driven, with the ability to leverage data in making business decisions. As a Sales Operations analyst, you will become a valued resource to the Sales, Customer Support, Finance and Product teams, and will weigh in on everything from system access, to process design, to forecasting. We’re looking for someone that is energetic, eager to learn, unafraid to jump in, and excited to help drive the growth of a SaaS company. Responsibilities will include:

Become a trusted advisor within our Salesforce instance, supporting the team with day-to-day inquiries.

Assist our SFDC administrator with the evaluation and onboarding of new sales efficiency tools.

Partner with executive regional sales leaders to define, set up, and operationalize key processes, including Sales Forecasting, Sales Reporting and Analytics, and Operations.

Participate in the development of regional Sales Operations processes to streamline workflows.

Optimize sales territories based on geography, customer count, and sales opportunity
-
Maintain and enhance sales dashboards to provide reps and managers with actionable insights to grow volume.

Partner with finance on revenue recognition and commissioning.

Assist with sales pipeline analysis by monitoring deal-flow across stages and conduct performance reporting, and sales team efficiency by tracking critical metrics including pacing, close rate, pipeline growth, upsell, cross-sell, churn rate, win rates, etc.

Contribute to sales strategy definition and annual sales planning.

Responsible for implementing and enforcing processes and tools that will maintain integrity and accuracy of Salesforce.com data.

Makes recommendations for allocating marketing and sales force resources, as well as promoting customer targeting activities and territory management.

Define and drive processes for maintaining data quality metrics.

Validate existing sales processes and procedures to ensure integrity and client satisfaction.

Provide training as needed on key sales technology applications such as Salesforce, Revenue.io, and others as they are added to the tech stack.

Operationalize GTM strategy and use data to drive decisions that improve strategy and success.

Assist in account creations and assignment disputes by ensuring enforcement of the Rules of Engagement.
Position Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.-
3+ years experience in a business system analyst or sales operations analyst field.

3+ years of experience with CRM applications, preferably Salesforce.

Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

Attention to detail, with an eye for streamlining tasks.

Self-driven work style, able to manage multiple projects with little oversight and continually excited to bring new ideas to the table.

High energy and positive problem-solving demeanor.

Ability to deal effectively with ambiguity, work well under pressure, with a high degree of adaptability and flexibility.

Salesforce.com experience, DOMO, PowerBI, Tableau experience desirable.

Ability to interface with all levels of employees, from Executive level to employee base.
