What You'll Do:
As part of our Revenue Operations Team, we are seeking to add a Revenue Operations Manager that will support our ongoing initiatives. As the Revenue Operations Manager, you will be expected to make a significant contribution and play a critical role in the organization, interfacing with senior executives and business leaders. You will be relied upon to assess the processes and analytical aspects of key business decisions and help drive strategic decision-making.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable communicating complex analyses clearly to various stakeholders across the business and will not be afraid to roll-up their sleeves to get the job done. You are not afraid of working extensively with data and systems and are comfortable operating in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
What You'll Be Responsible For:
- Redesigning salesforce pipeline metrics to clearly track and show ROI from inbound & outbound activities performed by the sales development and marketing functions.
- Identify future systems needs: define and prioritize the unmet technology and process needs of the GTM organization.
- Act as first point of escalation on technical issues for the GTM tech stack, responding to requests and providing support in a timely fashion.
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and cleanliness of the CRM with marketing, sales, and finance teams
- Managing the evaluation and interpretation of data trends that signal new opportunities or challenges and dangers, converting data trends into actionable sales processes and tactics
- Contribute to new strategic initiatives through ad-hoc analyses and financial modelling
- Maintain and optimize system architecture, workflows, and business processes based on best practices and business requirements
- Become the project leader on strategic operational initiatives and coordinate with stakeholders and ops team to ensure project completion.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and drive initiatives in a cross-functional environment
What You'll Need:
- 4+ years of experience working in a Sales Operations function.
- 2+ years in the SaaS space
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with progressive sales automation systems and demonstrated ability to improve sales productivity
- Strong interpersonal and team-building skills; ability to work with a diverse team and influence/ drive change across functional and business boundaries
- Strong technical, research, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability move forward in spaces of ambiguity as well as act sensitively to company missions and diversity goals.
- Ability to work as a team, have fun and have a sense of humor
- Superior analytical and critical thinking skills with experience managing Salesforce, Marketo, Gong, and other integrations
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experience working with disparate datasetsUnderstanding SaaS and relevant industry metrics is a plus
