Revenue Operations Manager/ Salesforce Administrator
Compensation: $105,000 base salary +$10,500 bonus compensation = $115,500 total on-target earnings

Your Job
As Revenue Operations Manager and Salesforce Administrator at Feathr, you will be the primary “owner” of the company’s Salesforce instance. The main users/stakeholders are members of the Sales team and Customer Success team (using Salesforce Sales Cloud pipeline management) and the leaders thereof (using Salesforce reporting for team management and performance tracking/analysis).
This role will also be responsible for maintaining and improving our Salesforce integrations with major tools such as HubSpot (primarily used by the Marketing team), Salesloft (primarily used by the Business Development team), Gong (primarily used by Sales and Customer Success teams) and Intacct (primarily used by the Finance/Accounting team) to ensure reliable flow of data between these systems.
Additionally, this role will assist the Leadership team in analysis of performance of our Sales and Customer Success teams to reveal insights that may inform changes to company strategy or surface opportunities for process improvement. This will require manipulation of data within Excel or Google Sheets, as well as the creation/maintenance of workbooks for ongoing use.
This highly collaborative and cross-departmental role will be the most senior member of the Rev Ops team (currently three people) which resides within the Finance department, and this role will report directly to the VP of Finance. This role will begin as a senior individual contributor, with potential to evolve into a Team Lead, Team Manager, or Associate Director if there is alignment of interest, ability, and need.

3+ years of experience of configuration, administration, or implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud as an admin, team manager, or consultant

1+ years of experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud as an admin at an organization with 50-500 employees (or as a consultant to organizations in that size range)

Current Salesforce admin certification or 1+ year of experience as the primary/sole Salesforce admin at an organization

Proficiency with the following aspects of Salesforce Sales Cloud: Account, Opportunity, and Contact objects; Reports and Dashboards; Field and Layout management; Product Organization and Price Books; Apps; Flows, Rules, Validations, and Formulas

Proficiency using Excel and/or Google Sheets for simple data analysis

Replace legacy Process Builder automations with newly-built and better-organized Flows that accomplish the same goal, while sunsetting those which are unnecessary

Audit existing Fields and Page Layouts to steamline user experience, reduce human error, and improve data integrity

Refactor our Salesforce Permission Sets and Roles, manage seat allocation and removal

Work with our VP of Marketing to automate MQL routing for inbound demo requests through our HubSpot-hosted website, and ensure the relevant fields on the Contact record captured from the HubSpot forms flow through to Salesforce

At the request of our Sr. Director of Sales, perform an analysis in Excel or Google Sheets of conversion rates MQO SQO and SQO Closed Won by prospect size (e.g. “How do our conversion rates and win rates compare for nonprofit prospects with $1M-$5M in annual revenue vs those $5M+ in revenue?”)

Evaluate, select, and implement a new software solution that consolidated and replaces two existing tools used by our Customer Success team, assist with the training + internal rollout of the new solution, and manage the offboarding/sunsetting of the previous tool
Compensation
Base salary for this position is $105k depending on experience and credentials with an additional bonus potential of $10,500 per year.

Location
After operating remotely throughout the pandemic for over a year, returning to the office briefly, then transitioning back to remote work, Feathr has made the exciting decision to officially move to a flexible work model. Currently, this opportunity is open to candidates located within Florida or willing to relocate to Florida. For candidates located outside of Gainesville, this role requires a minimum quarterly visit to our Gainesville, FL office. Feathr will offer relocation assistance as well as travel reimbursements dependent on location.
Interview Process
As a part of our commitment to creating a fair, equitable, and positive interview experience for all candidates, we offer full transparency of our interview stages to give applicants an idea of the time and effort involved. Additionally, each interview stage consists of standardized questions and rubrics with a scoring system to ensure a consistent and fair assessment practice of all candidates.
Application Review - The Talent Acquisition Team reviews and follows up with all applicants. Candidates at this stage are assessed based on the requirements outlined in the job post.
Information Screen - The Talent Acquisition Team will invite candidates that move forward to a 30-minute virtual screening interview. This conversation will be focused on relevant work experience, compensation, role overview, and answering any questions the candidate has.
Work Assignment - Candidates will be asked to complete a project that is relevant to the work they can expect in the role. The completion of the assignment should not take more than 90 minutes.
Work Assignment Interview - Candidates will meet with Feathr’s President/Co-Founder to review the work assignment to learn more about their thought process and offer feedback on their project. This will also be an opportunity to share more about your approach and experience with Salesforce Administrative projects.
Final Interview - During this stage, candidates will have the opportunity to meet with the VP of Finance and President.
Offer - The Talent Acquisition Team will reach out with the details of the offer to discuss with the candidate. At this time, we will collect and reach out to candidates’ references. This is also the opportunity for candidates to provide any additional information or context if there are concerns surrounding their background check. Feathr believes candidates that have made it to this point in the interview process are truly talented individuals, and so we are open to dialoguing background screens before turning away candidates that have consistently excelled through the interview process.
After all the details of the informal offer are finalized, the candidate will receive their formal offer.
