If the answer is yes - then look no further as Church & Dwight UK Ltd have an exciting opportunity for a driven Sales Operations Coordinator to join our Global Markets Group on a permanent basis in Folkestone, Kent.
As part of our Global Markets Group, the Sales Operations Coordinator provides administration support to our Sales and Commercial teams, supporting our personal care brands produced in Europe, across our 5 international regions (Europe/Africa – India/Middle East – China – APAC and LATAM). This is a critical role in ensuring the effective operation across functions.
Key duties for the role include:
Manage end to end process with Salvatori
Receive sample requests via IT platform
Triage all orders
Raise the orders directly in SAP or take from our pick & pack system outside of SAP.
Maintain & Update IT tickets with tracking information & input of costs.
Manage the overall process with logistics partners
Book the deliveries with the logistics partners who will manage the collection from the warehouse to end destination.
Liaise with the requestor regarding despatch dates & details i.e., any out of stocks
Pick & Pack the orders either by single units from the current pick & pack system based at Salvatori or by traded units, also based at Salvatori.
Organise any Plant 2 Plant (P2P) stock that might need to come from another UK warehouse
If the samples are requested to ship with a monthly order liaise with the relevant Customer Fulfilment agent to ensure samples are added to the shipment.
Liaise with our US/CA counterpart on their dispatches
Follow up with each order to ensure they are shipped out on time & tickets are closed within timely manner.
Manage stock control of the pick and pack stock including replenishing with fresh stock and removing out of date packs from the system.
Support the Sales Operations Manager with pricing updates, product projects, Brand Camp and other ad-hoc requests.
Manage day to day Operations for China and APAC for European supplied products.
Support and lead on Sales operational processes and improvement projects including UK Domestic SKUs, streamlining the process and day to day management of COREVIST.
The ideal candidate will have experience within a fast-paced sales function, ideally within a multi-national, fast moving consumer goods setting. They will have excellent communication skills, able to work effectively with distributors and retailers as well as liaising with internal stakeholders at all levels with the global business. Additionally, they will:
Have previous experience dealing with distributors and Retailers.
Be motivated to complete a range of duties including routine tasks
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Be able to demonstrate a “can do” attitude.
Be dynamic, positive, creative and constantly looking for opportunities to improve and simplify processes.
Be competent in MS Office, Word, Excel, Microsoft Teams and PowerPoint.
Demonstrable the ability to manage complex solutions
This role will be based approximately 50% in the office and 50% working from home, with occasional business travel.
