Job Description
What You Do: The Sr. Deal Desk Analyst processes request through a shared inbox and through queues in Salesforce to create and send order forms and contracts for the Sales and Renewals teams.
Day-in-the-Life: As a Sr. Deal Desk Analyst, a typical day may include the following…
-
Processing requests via email and Salesforce queues to update the language or formatting on an Order Form within SLAs.

Drafting non-standard business terms and seeking the appropriate level of approvals.

Coordinating with Finance or Legal to approve a non-standard request.

Creating and updating quotes in Salesforce CPQ.

Sending clean copies of contracts for signature via DocuSign.

Providing training and mentorship to Deal Desk Analysts.

Supporting cross-functional projects to improve processes within the Revenue Organization.
First Year in Role:
- Month 3: Within 3 months, you will have a working understanding of quoting in Salesforce CPQ and how to apply our approval matrix for non-standard terms.

Month 6: Within 6 months, you will be able to handle most requests self-sufficiently and will be a key subject matter expert for your teammates and the sales team.

Month 12: Within 12 months, you will be recommending and implementing process improvements for the team.
Qualifications
-
3-5 years in a sales support, contracting, or Deal Desk role
-
Experience with SaaS contracts and accounting principles
Skills:
-
Organization to keep up with multiple open requests while waiting for responses

Prioritization when everything feels urgent, such as end of quarter

Effective communication across various departments and levels in the organization

Ability to discuss technical requirements with Salesforce developers and test new configurations in CPQ
Tools:

Additional Information
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position asuming a 40 hour work week is £44,800 - £67,200, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. This position is also eligible for an annual corporate bonus of 10%. If you are hired at Payscale, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package (more information on benefits listed below).
