Job Summary:
The focus of the Sales Operations group is to maximize business performance by being the objective, trusted partner to the sales organization – through strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and operational excellence. The Dealer Sales Operations Program Manager is responsible for the business alignment between sales, operations, marketing, technology, compensation, reporting, and analytics. This position collaborates and leverages various internal departments to meet the business needs. Also, identifying and driving critical projects and strategic initiatives to support revenue growth, are key focus areas.
Responsibilities and Duties:
· Provide sales program leadership to the assigned Dealer Services Program.
· Provide exceptional service for assigned program and its customers by triaging requests and escalating issues to the appropriate team. Ensure requestor is updated regularly regarding the status of their request
· Lead program rollouts and launches of new initiatives, processes, or technology.
· Provide leads and sales pipeline support for assigned programs. Analyze sales performance and identify trends impacting program success. Creates and delivers executive level summary of program participation, performance, and results.
· Leverage and promote technology for maximum sales productivity and efficiency ensuring that technology supports program mission and objectives. Provide end user training and support. Escalate system deficiencies or issues impacting user experience.
· Maintain sales territories and customer account assignment.
· Design and build custom reports and dashboards tailored to sales objectives and performance measurements.
· Ensure new hires are onboarded and issued appropriate licenses, permissions, and devices to be productive.
· Create and implement training that ensures program participants are knowledgeable about policies, procedures, technology, and tools.
· Collaborate and cross train with other Sales Operations team members to leverage best practices and provide insights on alternative approaches. Provide supplemental support to teams during resource limitations.

Educational Requirements and Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree preferred, 3-5 years of applicable work experience.
· A high level of comfort with technology.
· Strong written and verbal communication.
· Proficient in MS Office, intermediate to Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
· Strong CRM skills (preferably Salesforce).
· Must exhibit strong team player attributes with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
· Ability to work independently, manage multiple concurrent projects, and drive initiatives in a cross-functional environment.
· Must be qualified to operate a motor vehicle and possess a valid driver’s license.
· Occasional overnight travel required.
