Job Title: VP, Sales
Responsibilities
- Sales and follow up, of the company's products to a variety of major US retailers
- Manage the sales process, from Creative to Product Development, Marketing to Logistics
- Reports to company principals
- 50-100 travel days/year to accounts, trade shows and overseas factories, as needed
- Manage Manufacturer Rep partners, Sales Operations team, and support team members
Requirements
- Los Angeles-based, relocation assistance provided
- Minimum 10 years of relevant sales, management experience
- Working knowledge of USA retailers
- Product expertise in dinnerware, cookware, cutlery, or kitchen tools & gadgets
- Working knowledge of Design and Product Development processes
- Familiar with manufacturing practices in Southern Asia
- Past Retail experience as DMM, GMM, MMG is valued
- Financial expertise, business math aptitude is a plus
