JOB DESCRIPTION
Insight Global is looking for an Order Support Specialist with an interest in developing a diverse skill set and working cross-functionally at a fast-growing IoT company. In this role, you will be working closely with the On-Site Sales Team supporting with the administrative and back-end work to free time for the day-to-day sales growth. You will be helping process order add-on’s, adjustments to orders, additional product processing, and much more. We are looking for someone who has a good understanding of time management, organization, and overall strong attention to detail.
In this role, you will:
- Partner with the AE2/AE3 team to manage add-on orders, upfitter requests, invoicing needs, and unit tagging for existing customers
- Serve as an internal liaison, leveraging cross-functional relationships with Sales Operations, Finance, and Customer Success to provide comprehensive deal support
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues, identify process improvements, and support best practices
Gain hands-on experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, and internal platforms
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- 1-3 years of professional work experience and/or a bachelors degree
- Experience processing high volume of support ticket requests (team is currently collecting close to 1,100/ week) including order add ons, order cloning, and order splitting
- Must have experience working within Salesforce
High attention to detail and proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong communication skills, both written and verbal
DESIRED SKILLS
- Previous experience working within a ticketing system like Zendesk or NetSuite
Experience working as a Customer Support Coordinator supporting all internal Sales Teams on ticketing requests
