The role is based out in Noida and will Responsibilities Create, maintain & work with key stakeholders globally to d rive data quality and essential data enrichment projects across the Go to Market Team Create reports and dashboards in the CRM to help the GTM Team gather insights and drive-up revenue. Develop and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and KPIs Design and implement creative and collaborative solutions to drive Sales operational excellence to scale Grow your expertise on our Sales Tech Stack and manage the data that flows through our systems, performing data quality updates as necessary. Collaborate closely with the internal Sales Operations Team for operational efficiency and driving process improvements Assist in automation of the CRM and other GTM Tools. Establish and enforce best practices and data standardization Grow your technical and functional expertise in Salesforce and auxiliary SaaS systems Requirements & Experience Bachelors/ Masters degree required Skills Strong business acumen Great organisation skills Great pipeline management & program management skills Expertise in analytical reporting Understanding of CRM & Database software Excellent analytical, written, verbal and communication skills.
