TheRevenue Operations Specialistwill own every aspect of the revenue operations across Salesforce and NetSuite. This includes maintaining and enhancing Salesforce Price Books, Sales Opportunity processes, Salesforce revenue Flows/Process Builders, and bottom-of- funnel data integrity.
You will be the liaison between sales, operations, and accounting and will be responsible for obtaining pricing approvals for invoicing and revenue recognition. You will maintain the sales pipeline across all sales teams/channels for both net new deals and existing customers. In addition, you will develop/support a scalable framework in Salesforce to prepare for the launch of additional products and revenue streams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help ensure CRM data integrity. Maintain effective reporting of sales and business activity using NetSuite, HubSpot, and SalesForce as needed
- Help measure key metrics in the sales funnel and use those metrics to develop forward looking projections to help make decision and develop action plans to improve results
- SupportNetSuite system and Salesforce integration management
- Develop and maintain the single source of truth for all outstanding SOWs; responsible for data integrity of new deals and modifications of existing transactions
- Assist sales and technical teams in developing quotes and SOWs for customers
- Perform ‘deal desk’ functions, including providing quotes to sales teams, obtaining vendor quotes as needed, and obtaining deal pricing approval
- Proactively support sales process regarding quote-to-cash, and procurement process for both first point of sale and resale purposes
- Supports the equitable assignment of SalesForce quotas and ensures quotas are optimally allocated to all sales channels and resources
- Works to ensure all sales organization objectives are assigned in a timely fashion
- Proactively identifies opportunities for sales process improvement
- Proactively identify revenue operations improvement initiatives
- Identify gaps and recommend areas for improvement within current & future processes
- Help scale billing operations as our product & service offerings expand
- Works closely with sales management to inspect sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement
- Assists sales management in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies
Requirements:
- 3+ years Salesforce Administration and project management experience, strongly preferred
- 2+ years of NetSuite Administration experience, strongly preferred
- Proven ability to coordinate and communicate across sales, finance & accounting, and operations to ensure that sales specifications are communicated clearly, effectively, and in a timely manner to all teams i.e regarding new customers and changes to existing agreements
- Solid understanding of Google and/or Microsoft Office Suites
- Extremely high attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
