The role is especially suited for

You'll be supporting revenue teams across marketing, sales, and customer success by managing day-to-day tools, running growth experiments, and tracking campaign performance. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day revenue operations, including CRM management, lead generation, campaign execution, and performance tracking
- Support the marketing team in running social media campaigns, newsletters, and digital promotions
- Collaborate with the content and growth teams to identify, reach out to, and manage relationships with influencers and creators
- Own and maintain data integrity in HubSpot, CRM, and other operations tools
- Help set up and analyze campaigns across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter
- Work with cross-functional teams to align marketing and sales processes for optimal funnel efficiency
- Create reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to inform business decisions
- Support ERP and CRM implementations, ensuring data hygiene, automation, and accuracy
- Identify and troubleshoot inefficiencies across the revenue stack with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
What We're Looking For
- 0-2 years of work experience; AIESEC, student leadership, or internship experience strongly valued
- Strong interest or background in marketing, social media, or digital operations
- Familiarity with platforms like HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or other CRM tools
- Exposure to influencer marketing, community building, or creator outreach is a plus
- Comfortable with spreadsheets, automation tools, and analytics platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A self-starter with the ability to multitask, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Curious, collaborative, and hungry to learn—the kind of person who figures things out and gets things done
Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience running marketing campaigns or managing brand partnerships
- Understanding of basic revenue KPIs and SaaS business metrics
