Sales Operations Coordinator
The successful candidate is responsible for providing administrative support to the entire Sales and Marketing team which includes Group and Catering Sales Managers, Director of Catering and Director of Sales. This position requires familiarity with sales processes and procedures, catering and conference services planning processes, group reservations and marketing tasks. This role also requires the confidence to step in and provide support and back up coverage to Sales and Catering Managers in their absence.
Responsibilities:
* Receive and respond to calls demonstrating the highest level of service
* Prepare accurate correspondence with attention to detail including but not limited to group contracts, addendums, site inspection forms, emails and PowerPoint decks
* Maintain files, collateral and documents for sales and marketing division and ensure they are up-to-date.
* Maintain the hotel's Sales and Catering System and serve as CI/TY Analyst.
* Manage hotel’s social media channels with guidance from Director of Sales
* Assist Director of Sales in various projects as needed including but not limited to marketing budgeting and cost control, yearly budget presentation and reporting.
* Coordinate and communicate with on property team as necessary for site inspections or individual or group reservations as needed in support of Sales Managers.
* Input group reservations and coordinate rooming lists with group clients
Additional Job Duties:
- Ensure CI/TY is always running optimally
- Using LightSpeed property management system to look up guest information and make reservations as needed
- Working understanding of CVENT
- Assist with guest inquiries within the Sales and Marketing department, including but not limited to calls, emails, and site inspection requests as needed.
- Proof read all marketing material from to ensure the highest level of work is going out.
- Perform tasks as assigned by Director of Sales, Director of Catering and (or) VP of Sales & Marketing.

- Must work well with others, be a team player and an excellent communicator and multitasker.
- Think strategically, be detail oriented and focused.
- Graphic design experience is a plus.
- Problem-solver that works well under pressure from guests or travel agents.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $37,577.61 - $131,045.00 per year
