Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's Degree or MBA, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience creating complex data sets, data modeling, and reports.
- 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or in a digital media environment.
- Understanding of Google's Ads products and the broader digital advertising ecosystem.

The Go-to-Market Operations (GTM) is a global team that serves as the strategy, operations, and product commercialization partner to Global Business Organization (GBO). The team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business delivers strategic growth and operates effectively.
This team is responsible for setting GTM strategy, shaping priorities and resources to accelerate business growth, and commercializing the next generation of Ads products (from representing the voice of the customer to advocating for product requirements to ensuring teams are equipped to drive customer growth, product adoption, and business health at scale). This team plays an important role in building excellent GTM infrastructure from tooling to enhancing GBOers business skills to ensuring flawless execution and operations against desired business outcomes and priorities. GTM has teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as in global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $180,000-$267,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Define, prioritize, structure, and execute strategic initiatives related to the GTM approach for designated product areas (Search, YouTube+, and Product Horizontals), including developing detailed work plans, gathering and synthesizing data, leading in-depth analyses, develop and implement strategic recommendations.
- Establish and maintain operating precision including optimizing resource allocation, establishing OKRs, measure and report progress against objectives, and manage business updates and quarterly reviews.
- Lead and deliver on complex, cross-functional initiatives that are critical to the success of Google and product areas in achieving their strategic objectives.
- Analyze existing business processes to identify potential issues, uncover and prioritize levers for improvement in go-to-market operations, and effectively influence executive stakeholders to implement these improvements.
- Structure and package your investigative findings and strategic recommendations into compelling presentations and communications that effectively influence a wide range of audiences.
