Job Summary
ActiveProspect is seeking a Sales Operations, Manager to work hand in hand with Sales, Client Success (“CS”) and Business Operations leadership to operationalize the Sales process and enable the revenue organization to operate at peak performance. You will own the creation, maintenance, documentation, and training of the Sales stack including Salesforce.com, Gainsight, Outreach.io, Gong, Zendesk, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Data.com, and the Sales team internal Knowledge Base. In addition, you will leverage your sales acumen and analytical skill set to improve processes that will lead to greater success for our sales team and customers.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Work closely with Sales Leadership and Business Operations Leadership to operationalize the sales process and strategic initiatives through technology enablement
- Responsible for implementation and maintenance of our Sales stack including SFDC, Kluster, Outreach.io, Gong, LI Sales Navigator
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure Sales data integrity and compliance with Business Operations.
- Monitor and ensure adherence of processes by working directly with the sales team
- Serve as an escalation point for the resolution of a process or system issue
- Develop dashboards and reporting to provide actionable insights on individual and team progress across all facets of the sales process and customer lifecycle
- Develop, track and report KPIs to help the Sales team focus on key performance drivers
- Develop, track and report KPIs to identify client issues and opportunities
- Understand Sales process as well as team needs and propose relevant solutions
- Point person for creation and maintenance of the Sales and CS Knowledge Base
- Own the creation and upkeep of our customer story database
- Project manage strategic initiatives for the Sales team
Qualifications And Skills
- 5+ years experience in SaaS, enterprise, or other software related B2B Sales Ops
- Extensive first-hand experience with SFDC and other sales acceleration and client success platforms and demonstrated ability to improve Sales productivity
- Strong Sales acumen
- SFDC Sales Cloud certification preferred
- Strong analytical skills and experience with BI tools
- Self-starter and displays ownership of initiatives
- Enjoys collaborating with others and winning as a team
- Ability to problem solve
- Experience as a sales rep is a strong plus
