As a Revenue Operations Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting sales planning, CRM management, performance reporting, and revenue analytics.
You'll work closely with the Head - Strategy & Pricing and collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and customer success teams to
ensure efficient processes and accurate data-driven decision making.
Primary Responsibilities
• Sales & Revenue Planning Support
o Assist in building and maintaining sales and revenue plans by region and segment.
o Support sales leadership with data-driven recommendations for sales targeting and planning.
o Track and analyse sales performance against quarterly goals and monthly forecasts.
• Data Management and Reporting:
o Maintain interactive dashboards and reporting tools using Zoho CRM to assess sales and revenue performance.
o Track key metrics such as churn, net revenue retention, CSAT, and resolution rates.
o Prepare weekly and monthly reports for leadership, highlighting performance trends and insights.
• CRM Management:
o Manage and optimize Zoho CRM to ensure data accuracy, usability, and stakeholder adoption.
o Support CRM process automation and workflow configuration.
o Train and assist users with CRM best practices and reporting.
• Collaboration and Strategy Alignment:
o Define and execute projects involving systems, data management, process automation, and implementation of tools.
o Contribute to revenue planning and pricing processes through data analysis and reporting.
o Support cross-functional teams by providing insights and operational support for decision-making.
o Assist in implementing process improvements and tools that enhance sales and revenue operations efficiency.
What do we look for at Ennoventure?
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Analytics, Economics, Finance, or related fields (MBA preferred).
• Relevant experience in sales operations, revenue analysis, or CRM management.
• Proficiency in Zoho CRM is a plus.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a problem-solving attitude.
• Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work across functions.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or high-growth startup environments is an advantage.
