At Nourish Care Systems we are currently expanding our Sales Team following our accelerated growth.
Reporting to the CRO and working alongside the Head of Sales and the Marketing Manager, the Revenue Operations Manager will play a crucial role within Nourish Care, providing actionable insights for Revenue leaders and enabling efficiency improvements across the team. This is a new position within the company and will over time require the building of a team.
The main role will involve identifying and implementing enhancements to the processes and tools used within our Sales and Marketing functions and ensuring that these are all scalable. You will have exposure to the Leadership team and be the driving force towards more strategic business decisions.

The Role
- To bring together our Sales and Marketing functions to ensure collaboration towards our common goals, objectives and KPIs by reviewing and improving workflows
- To be proactive in implementing best sales and marketing approach and methodology
- To work with all departments to help maximise sales productivity
- To identify and implement new tools to support our scalable growth
- Build and present revenue opportunities and strategies to the Leadership team
- Supporting the CRO in the growth and development of Nourish Care
- To have a thorough understanding of CRMs including the running, building and analysing reports in Zoho
What you need:
- A deep understanding of Sales and Marketing strategies. To be knowledgeable in areas of workflows between departments and be able to build, own and implement processes.
- To understand sales reporting to include forecasting and analysing data
- CRM background is essential with experience in Zoho desirable
- Experience with current sales tech tools, for example Gong and Outreach
- To be a proactive and confident leader whilst building and maintaining relationships
- Passionate about the Nourish Brand
- Proven experience in a similar position
- Strong communication skills, interacting at all levels
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, planning, and presentation skills.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years working in a similar position or in Sales Management
- Expert-level knowledge of CRM systems to include Zoho
- Strong analytical and operational skills
- Highly experienced in revenue modelling including sales and marketing approaches
- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong ability to work collaboratively and independently.
