We are looking for a Director, Sales Operations to lead our Americas sales operations team, reporting to the senior director of Sales Operations. In this remote role, you will serve as a strategic partner to the sales leadership team and partner cross-functionally with the Sales, order management, Channel and IT organizations to drive efficiency and improve productivity for the sales organization. You will meet the needs of a growing and dynamic Sales team by driving processes and improvements in our technology and field cadence.
In this strategic leadership role, you will influence at all levels across Sales, Marketing, Solution Architecture, Business Development, Professional Services, Legal, Finance, and other Operations teams.
You’re the ideal candidate if you enjoy building teams, working collaboratively with multiple business partners, and have a desire to identify insights and trends through data analytics. You know what quality data means and can identify areas of opportunity to scale and build repeatable processes. You are a self-starter with a track record of creativity and innovation.
What you’ll do:

Work with Senior VP of Americas sales and Sales Directors on new business growth strategy, forecasting and territory segmentation planning with analytical data-driven insights

Drive rigorous planning and execution at all levels of the organization, including facilitating account planning with reps and managers, regional business planning with executives and the teams that support them (marketing, sales development, partnerships, etc.)

Manage the America Sales Operations team to drive reporting/business intelligence, address field sales issues, PO intake process, quoting support, and pipeline cadence requirements

Increase productivity of our sales team through strategic implementation of sales processes and tools

Report and review ongoing metrics/KPIs with sales management

Oversee the pipeline generation needs and variances for each team, while working with sales managers to identify areas of opportunity or concern

Document essential processes and engagement rules, and help to enforce those processes

Develop strong partnerships with Sales, Finance and other functional organizations

Train field organization on process/tool change management and enablement tasks
What you’ll bring:
- 7+ years of experience in a sales operations leadership role in the high-tech industry
-
Leadership with executive presence; ability to immediately establish credibility with executives and additional stakeholders

Data-driven, strategic thinking, sales process/results-oriented
-
Comfortable leading through change and ambiguity
-
Salesforce.com, Tableau and Clari experience preferred

Excellence in mentoring, organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and leading a remote team

Excellent analytical skills and ability to deliver actionable recommendations out of complex datasets

Ability to understand a sales GTM ecosystem and how they interact

Project management experience preferred

Willingness to travel occasionally (<10%)

Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred
