The Sales Operations Specialist, e-Commerce is responsible for the oversight and management of ILIA Beauty’s e-Commerce business as it relates to systems integrations, fulfillment, shipping & logistics, returns, and 3PL metrics. This position leads efforts to design and implement measurable e-Commerce operations solutions that reduce cost and errors while ensuring all related processes and functions adhere to ILIA’s expectation of exceptional customer service and industry standardization.
The Sales Operations Specialist, e-Commerce is responsible for managing the sales systems ILIA uses to accept orders, fulfill, troubleshoot, and return products purchased on www.iliabeauty.com. This role also partners with our ILIA Customer Experience and e-Commerce staff and owns all aspects of their operational needs, including but not limited to:
System integrations with Shopify, Celigo, NetSuite, SPS Commerce, & 3PL WMS
3PL e-Commerce fulfillment management, reporting & metrics
E-Commerce inventory management, including new product launch & product discontinuation
E-Commerce operational policy & process
The Sales Operations Specialist, e-Commerce is a subject matter expert in their field, cultivating an intimate knowledge of ILIA Beauty’s e-Commerce, CRM, ERP, and WMS systems, as well as their integrations, and is responsible for creating and analyzing 3PL performance metrics from these systems.
The Sales Operations Specialist, e-Commerce role reports to the Sales Operations Manager and assists with miscellaneous tasks, projects, and data management as needed to support ILIA Beauty’s company objectives and sales goals.
2+ years experience managing high volume e-Commerce sales operations, or related experience in a similar role
2+years working adjacent to or directly with 3PL fulfillment, shipping, and logistics
Demonstrated knowledge of process design and implementation
Working experience in Shopify, Celigo, NetSuite, EDI, and WMS systems preferred; previous experience with an integrated tech stack also considered
Functional Excel skills (Pivot Table, Equations, Graphs & Charts)
