They are hiring a Sales Operations Manager. As the Sales Operations Manager, you will play a key role in helping their sales team scale effectively. The ideal candidate has experience designing and scaling the sales operations function in a high-growth environment, can think strategically and execute programmatically, and thrives when creating order from chaos.
This role can be hybrid to their New York City office or remote in one of the following states: California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington
What You'll Do
Oversee all software integrations into Salesforce
Manage the revenue KPIs and forecast: build processes to collect inputs, analyze and improve accuracy, and identify areas for improvement
Drive continuous improvement to their go-to-market through targeted projects and continuous benchmarking
Partner with the key stakeholders to define and quantify quarterly team objectives & performance metrics
Provide strategic advice to senior leadership on go-to-market planning, deal flow bottlenecks, organizational structure, etc.
Lead execution of cross-functional projects that directly impact the customer lifecycle
Manage the incentive compensation process including plan preparation, goal settings, regular updates on sales performance KPIs
Partner with Marketing Operations and Product Management to manage the go-to-market tech stack and its integrations with their software
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, CS, and Finance teams to improve the execution of pre and post-sales processes for them, including approval process, deal desk and quote to cash processes, contract management, etc.
Maintain CRM (Salesforce) hygiene; oversee the end-to-end tracking and management of leads to opportunities, ensuring efficient handoffs between marketing, sales, and customer success
Who You Are
5+ years experience in sales/revenue operations, ideally at a fast-growing B2B SaaS startup
You are flexible, well-organized and demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced startup
Deep understanding of Salesforce. Experience with their tech stack (Marketo, Chorus, Salesloft, Insight Squared, Dealhub, etc.) is a plus. You’re generally excited by implementing best-in-class software tools.
You have a strategic mindset but love to roll up your sleeves
You are a highly resourceful individual - able to overcome obstacles with resilience, creativity, and grit.
You love data and analytics. You enjoy learning on a daily basis
Strategic mindset with a very hands-on approach to execution; you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves to solve problems and support the revenue team
You thrive on creating structure, automation, and efficiency
You are collaborative and able to quickly build rapport with stakeholders across the company
