Sales Operations Analyst (Salesforce) Remote
- Must reside in PST time zone
Pay: $45-70hr (Weekly pay)
6-month contract (Excellent potential for permanent)
Full-time, M-F, 8am-5pm PST

They are looking for a Sales Operations Analyst (Salesforce) to join the WW Sales Operations team. This analyst will lead the opportunity closure process, reconcile shipment and Salesforce opportunity discrepancies for Enterprise products, additional operational tasks to support field sales, and the regional sales operations team. This role requires a highly motivated individual who can function in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment. Excellent opportunity to advance quickly!!
What you will be doing:

Lead order verification process for Enterprise product lines, work with sales team and regional sales operations teams to manage opportunity closure and resolve the discrepancies

Support reconciliation of Bookship and Salesforce to ensure data accuracy for financial reporting, sales target results, and forecasting

Support sales leader forecast reviews, dashboard enhancement, data validation, update forecast variance commentary

Validate and investigate data discrepancies among different planning systems. Maintain and update dashboards and price books for forecasting project

Assist Sales Operations in resolving the help tickets and issues, and test the Salesforce new functionalities and system enhancements

Define and document the opportunity closure process and work with various teams to drive consistency and operational efficiencies

Perform ongoing and ad hoc reporting, provide support to sales leadership and business partners
What we need to see:
-
Bachelor's Degree
-
2-6 years of experience in Operations role – either in Financial Operations and/or Sales Operations

Must have Salesforce CRM experience

Experience to input invoice information on shipment order discrepancies/order reconciliation or similar tasks in Salesforce

Knowledge in Salesforce specific to pipeline management, maintaining and updating dashboards.

Experience in Excel ( Pivot tables and Vlookup)

Experience with Power-Point – Able to do basic graphs and coloring for presentations

Experience or comfortable dealing with lots of data and enjoys investigating data discrepancies

Interested in supporting Sales leader in forecasting projects, financial reporting, dashboard enhancement and data validation as needed

Must have experience in roles that required meeting tight deadlines

Some exposure or understanding of SQL and Tableau is a plus, but not required

Requires excellent work ethics, team player and enjoys troubleshooting/problem solving.
