Requirements.
- 10+ years experience driving operational improvements in a Deal Desk or Sales Operations including time in at least one high growth B2B SaaS company.
- Demonstrated track record of process improvement for contract processing and general support to the sales organization.
- Strong organizational skills and business judgment with the ability to handle projects independently end-to-end.
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills to understand sales policies and processes at a company and individual sales rep level.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to interpret, clearly articulate, handle objections, and appropriately debate difficult issues related to commercial terms and deal with constructs
- Strong process thinking to drive continuous improvements to the Deal Desk.
- Ability to work independently across multiple time zones and coordinate with management based in the US
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Expertise in general software pricing models
- Solid experience working with Hubspot CRM, CPQ, and CLM tools
