The Senior Sales Operations Analyst is a critical role in driving sales velocity for SecZetta. This role will support the operational strategy and analytical reporting of the Field Sales organization and will report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer.
What You Will Be Doing
Support Operational Strategy and Cadences
- Manage the processes to handle account segmentation, forecast management, account targeting, and pricing & packaging
- Drive weekly, monthly, and quarterly report and dashboard cadences including ARR, bookings, and sales rep performance
- Partner successfully with cross-functional teams to support the goals and performance of SecZetta’s Go-To-Market engine
- Build and review a variety of order forms with differing levels of complexity for accuracy, while ensuring all required approvals, such as discounts and contractual terms, are obtained and clearly documented.
- As bandwidth allows and following completion of all Deal Desk responsibilities, provide ad-hoc business insight and analytical support to Sales
Reporting and Analysis
- Create and manage complex Excel models used to drive strategic decision making including headcount, pipeline, sales capacity, pricing, and sales forecasting analysis
- Participate and actively engage in strategic initiatives which require ad-hoc analytical support
Salesforce Maintenance and Support
- Help maintain the data integrity of our CRM Salesforce
- Create ad-hoc Salesforce reports and build dashboards to support and bring insights to sales reps and sales managers
- Assist Business Applications team with implementing process automation within Salesforce to scale for growth
- Research and resolve Salesforce quoting and contract issues from a business perspective
- Oversee the entering, validating and maintenance of customer information and transactions as required in Salesforce
Requirements
What we are looking for
- 4+ years of relevant experience in Sales Operations/Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Customer Operations, Financial Planning & Analysis, or Investment Banking.
- You have Advanced Excel modeling skills. You’re a wizard with shortcuts and can build a dynamic, well-structured model that ensures ongoing refreshes and updates are quick and easy.
- Experience with Salesforce and experience of Salesforce CPQ also preferred
- You know when to 80:20 versus when to reconcile the details. You are comfortable translating business questions into analytical steps. You identify the "so what?" from analyses and drive recommendations through to action.
- You like to ask "why" and gain deeper insight. You are naturally curious about data and its underlying real-world concepts.
- You are highly organized and able to balance multiple work streams and projects while upholding a high-quality bar.
- You have a high say-do ratio and always follow through on your commitments.
