You will be joining the Corporate Coverage Chief Operating Office (COO) group, which supports the team which manages the Bank's relationships with Corporate Clients across the full Corporate Bank product Suite. Covering more than 3000 plus clients and representing the key large cap & multi-national client relationships, Corporate Coverage is one of the key pillars of the new Corporate Bank (CB). Coverage is the combination of multiple different sales forces which combined are approximately 600 plus coverage officers.
You will support the business in managing a number of control risks and be the primary point of contact in owning the Market Conduct Remediation program for both Coverage and the Corporate Bank.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Key CB owner for the Market Conduct Remediation Programme (MCRP) - both coordination across CB business units as well as delivery against MCRP task and delivery
- Coordination with the investment Bank colleagues who are also focused on driving remediation
- Support overall non-financial risk (NFR) Framework implementation across Coverage (NFR Governance, Scenario Analysis, Read-Across, Reporting, Risk Assessment and Appetite, Transformation Risk Assessments)
- Assist the Business Control officer for Coverage in global NFR activities such as Regulatory preparation
- Monitor key coverage metrics, flagging issues/breaches; collaborate with the business and Second Line of Defence (2LoD) stakeholders in evolving information and link to wider NFR Framework elements
- Continuous review/renewal of overall environment for consistency and alignment with 2LoD control standards. Partner with global NFR management framework colleagues to implement industry-wide best practices for risk management and ensure global alignment
Your Skills And Experience
- Strong communication skills - both written & verbal
- Strong Project Management skillset with proven record of owning and delivering on tasks
- Background in Markets or Corporate Bank products a plus
- Able to demonstrate the ability to navigate complex organisations
- Advanced quantitative skills and the ability to interpret business and economic data and assess the implications of both with regards to client requirements
