Overview of the Role
- Our Costco team is growing, and we are looking for a Manager Sales Operations to act as liaison between our clients and Costco Wholesale to support our Sales Team in their efforts to increase sales and onboard new clients.
- Hybrid role; must be within driving distance of our San Diego office
- Salary range for this position is $62,000 – 82,000
What You’ll do at C.A. Fortune
- Onboarding New Clients and putting together pricing proposals for Sales to present to Costco buying
- Maintain consistent communication and timely follow-up with Costco and clients and be available and responsive to their real time needs
- Daily PO tracking and updating GenWeb portal
- Reacting and resolving issues as they come up on daily basis with regards to logistics delays or order shortages and communicating in a timely manner with Costco
- Providing all item/system maintenance, new item submissions and promotional support, etc.
- Ability to complete necessary paperwork and assist clients in completing
What You Should Bring to the Table
- A highly resourceful team player, with the ability to be extremely effective independently
- Ability to build and maintain strong, effective relationships with clients, customers & colleagues
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Good experience with computers and virtual live meetings
- Good math skills, ability to calculate value at cost and sell
- Effective time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

- Previous Costco experience
- Experience working with a food broker that sells to Costco
