The ideal candidate will become a trusted advisor to the LTAM Team, she/he will be instrumental to grow our software as a service business, but more importantly, this role will elevate how we operate by bringing and implementing best practices to a best-in-class level.
This role will unlock to bring the full potential of the sales organization and as a result drive and accelerate growth. This role will engage with multiple stakeholders, including Sales, Finance, Channels, Marketing; this role reports to the Head of Global Sales Operations & Enablement.
This role is located in the United States. We are only considering candidates in the United States and aren't offering relocation at this time.
Below are some of the key areas of responsibility:
Drives strategic initiatives with strong collaboration with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Channels Team
Refine customer segmentation (Omnichannel), assist with territory management, and create a plan to enhance renewal and new sales processes
Assess current Sales Compensation plans and recommend changes as needed
Track and analyze key metrics including pipeline growth, win/loss rates, and quota attainment
Drive Sales Planning Process in cross-collaboration with Sales, Finance, and the Business
Facilitate a disciplined OPEX management process across budget owners
Attend Sales Leader staff meetings to drive operational improvements in a leadership capacity; document actions, assess operational gaps, and drives execution

Strong understanding of sales forecast and sales pipeline management
Effective executive communication skills, verbal + written, in both Spanish & English
Advanced analytical skills, change management approach, process improvement
